Delivery is via DPD Croatia Ltd., Croatian Post or a third party.
All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving the invoice. If the order does not arrive at the destination within 7 working days, the buyer will inform the GOLDEN SOLTANKA Association, which will clarify the problem and inform the buyer of the status of his order by email.
The buyer is obliged to determine the correctness of the shipment. In case of damage to the product and oil spillage, the buyer is obliged to take a picture of the damaged goods and consignment and immediately inform the delivery company and the GOLDEN ŠOLTANKA Association. The Buyer shall have the right to reclaim the purchased product or return the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product, if, upon picking up the goods, they notice defects in the products, or the delivered products are defective. On the basis of a justified request for a refund or replacement, the GOLDEN SHOLTANKA Association will return to the Buyer the funds in the account specified by the Buyer in the request itself or replace the product with a new one within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
The buyer announces the return of the purchased products by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reasons for the complaint. Return of the delivered products shall be made by delivery to the address notified to the Buyer. The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Buyer.
The buyer is obliged to return the delivered products in the state in which they were delivered and in the original packaging (commercial packaging in which the goods were delivered).
If it is unequivocally determined that a complaint on a product is unjustified (eg an open or used product) or that a malfunction of the ordered product is due to improper handling or use, then the GOLDEN SHOLTANKA Association is not obliged to refund or deliver a replacement product. The advertised product will be returned to the buyer at his expense, with a written explanation of the reasons for not accepting the refund or replacement request.
If there was an error in the packaging of the ordered products and the buyer did not receive the ordered product but another one, he must report the said by sending an e-mail to the Association’s address within 8 (eight) days from the receipt of the shipment. In this case, the Buyer returns the wrongly delivered product at the expense of the Association “ZLATNA ŠOLTANKA”, which undertakes to deliver the ordered product or to make a refund within 15 (fifteen) days from receiving the wrongly delivered item.
If the Buyer did not receive the ordered and paid product, he shall report it within 8 (eight) calendar days from the expected arrival of the ordered product by sending an e-mail to the Association “ZLATNA ŠOLTANKA”. , and to inform Customers about further resolution of the complaint.
In the event that a particular product specifies special conditions for returning the goods, then those special conditions apply.
Complaints are received in writing by email: email@example.com. In case of hidden defects, which were not visible at the time of download, the provision of the Law on Obligations applies.

EXTRA-COURT SOLUTION OF CONSUMER DISPUTES

The buyer (the above applies only to natural persons who purchase items for purposes other than their economic value) has the right to inform the seller within 14 days of taking over the item that he is withdrawing from the contract without stating the reasons for his decision. The term for unilateral termination of the contract is 14 days from the day when you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, the goods subject to the contract have been surrendered.
If you unilaterally terminate this Agreement, we will refund the money we received from you, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than 14 days after we received your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract, unless you have chosen a different type of delivery , which is not the cheapest standard delivery we’ve offered.
The refund will be made in the same way that you made the payment. In the event that you agree to a refund, you do not incur any costs with respect to the refund. We can only refund you after the goods have been returned to us or after you provide us with proof that you have sent the goods back to us.
You are deemed to have fulfilled your obligation to return the goods on time if you send or hand over the goods to us, or to the person we have authorized to receive the goods before the expiry of the above deadline (not later than 14 days after we received your decision on unilateral termination of the contract). .
You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods yourself, in the event that you exercise your right to unilaterally terminate the contract and in the event that the goods cannot be returned by mail by reason of their nature.
Refunds will be made after the goods have been returned to us, by payment to your bank account.
You are responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
The consumer must return the item undamaged and in unchanged quantity, unless the item is destroyed, defective, lost or its quantity reduced, without the consumer being guilty of the above.
The cost that goes to the expense of the consumer if they cancel the contract is the cost of returning the item.
The consumer has no right to withdraw from the contract if the subject matter of the contract is made according to the detailed instructions of the consumer and adapted to his personal needs.
In order to be entitled to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, you must notify us of your decision before the deadline, by unambiguous statement sent by mail or e-mail, stating your name, address, telephone number or other e-mail address, and you can also use the example of a one-sided contract termination form at the bottom of this page.
CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR REDUCING GOODS
The consumer is responsible for any impairment of goods resulting from improper handling and improper use, except for what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
The Association “GOLDEN SOLTANKA” does not bear responsibility for any damage that may occur to the Buyer and third parties:
o due to unauthorized use of the information in the purchase or damage associated with such use,
o in connection with the use or misuse of the use of the online shopping service, if the damage in question was not caused by the fault of the GOLDEN ŠOLTANKA Association.
ZLATNA ŠOLTANKA is not responsible for any damage that may result from interruption of internet connection when using the webshop service.
All disputes that may arise under these conditions will be resolved before the competent court in Split.
